Enable Group Emails Feature for Gmail
Introduction
If you are looking for a solution to insert a group of emails quickly in Gmail, you may find the correct place. With this feature, Email Groups of OneScript, you can manage your email groups and insert them into “To”, “Cc”, and “Bcc” in a new message or a reply in Gmail.

Instructions
When using the add-on at your first time, you’ll need to create a group first.
Create Your First Group
Open the sidebar, it should open the group creation page when there is no group with your account. Enter the name of the group and enter a list of comma separated email addresses for the group. Click the button “Create” to add your first group.
Manage Your Groups
You’ll be redirected to this group management page after the creation of the group. On this page, you can manage your groups.
- Select Group: the group you want to update or delete
- Emails: the comma separated email addresses to be updated
- New Group Name: the new name of the group
- Use the “Update” button to save the updates
- Use the “Delete” button to delete the whole group
- Use the “New” button at the footer to create a new group
Insert Group New Message or Reply
In a new message or a reply, you should be able to find the OneScript logo. Click it to open the app, select a group and a field to insert. If you don’t see the logo, click the more button (with three dots) to check.
- Select Group: the group you want to use
- Select Field: where you want to insert the emails to
