Instructions

You can open the sidebar of OneScript in Google Calendar, currently we only have one feature in Calendar, so the Easy Repeat will be opened by default for you.

You can fill the form and create a series of events with the title indexed like “Event [1/10]”, … to “Event [10/10]”.

  • Title: the title of the events, special placeholder {{index}} and {{total}} can be used to create a unique title for each event in the series
  • Description: the description of the events, special placeholder {{index}} and {{total}} can be used like the title
  • Guests: a comma separated emails
  • Location: the location of the events, special placeholder {{index}} and {{total}} can be used like the title
  • Start Date: the date of the 1st event
  • Start Time: the time of the 1st event
  • Duration: event duration in minutes
  • Repeats: the repeat times of the event in the series
  • Is Special Interval: Yes or No
  • Special Interval: Even Days or Odd Days
  • Interval: the days between each event in the series
  • Calendar: where the events should be created

Tips:

  • For the interval, the unit is day, however, if you need to create events that repeat less than 1 day. You can use a decimal number to create them. For example, if the event repeats every 12 hours, you can enter value 0.5 for the interval days. Another example, you can use 1/24 (day) for 1 hour as the interval.
  • For the special interval, you can create events on days like 1, 3, 5, … or 2, 4, 6, …
